My husband, Rhys and I, had our wedding at the homestead on the 18th of September this year. It was absolutely the best day of our lives. The Homestead property is absolutely beautiful, from the accommodation, to the grounds and to the reception area. Every little detail is throughout.

We arrived the day before our wedding to everything set up so beautifully that all we had to do is pop down our menus and place cards. That night we held our pizza night with our bridal party which was the perfect way to start the wedding celebrations, the set up was stunning and everyone enjoyed being able to make pizza’s and have a few wines before the big day.

Coming to the morning of, the bridesmaids and I got ready in the salon, which is beautifully set up for you to start your morning getting ready, with all the touches including the most amazing cheese platter and wine! The rest of the day ran so smoothly thank you to Vanessa and Rachael who are so committed to making it the best day possible for you and your guests.

In the lead up Rachael was available to answer all our questions and an absolutely pleasure to work with. Without her the day would not have turned out as it and her effort really made it the best day of our lives. Into the night, Vanessa was fantastic at communicating anything we needed throughout the night and her attitude kept everything so fun.

Overall, we are beyond grateful to have held our wedding at the Homestead and if you are thinking about it, we couldn’t recommend the venue more! Thank you to Julie and Matthew for welcoming couples to their home to start off their lives as husband and wife.
