Cocktail Packages
Add an extra touch of excitement and celebration to your event by selecting from our range of cocktail packages.
Cocktails are served in a relaxed setting on the lawn from our Caravan Bar during the afternoon, or from our elegant Silo Bar in the evening.
Please let us know if you would prefer cocktails outside the listed options and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Conditions
- Package prices include all ingredients, glassware, accessories, service charges and GST.
- Choose a maximum of 4 cocktails.
- Classic cocktails are available all afternoon from the Caravan Bar.
- Premium cocktails are served from the Silo Bar for a set two-hour period in the evening.
- BYO alcohol for cocktails is not permitted.
- Guests may pay for their own premium cocktails at the Silo Bar on request.
Gelato Packages
Our gelato cart offers a touch of sweetness to your wedding, perfect for dessert or a delightful snack.
Packages include your selection of premium gelato, waffle cones, cone sleeves, cups, spoons and napkins. As an in-house service, we can offer flexible serving times and locations throughout our grounds.
Plan your sweet finish alongside the canapés, shared mains and other desserts on our food and dining menu.

Recovery Day
Wind down the celebrations with a post-wedding cook-up. Gather with loved ones to recount stories from the big day over a casual breakfast or lunch.
Recovery breakfast
10am–12pm · $40 per head

Staff serve and clear. Minimum 45 guests.

Staff serve and clear. Bar service concludes at 2.30pm. Minimum 40 guests.
The lunch package is contingent on full accommodation occupancy for the third night. Discounts apply for extra-night stays. Six months’ notice is required to secure private use of the grounds and accommodation.
