The Homestead Berry can host weddings for up to 120 guests. Each seasonal package includes a set number of guests, with additional guests charged separately.

Gold or Platinum?
Gold: a wedding and a night away
A Friday or Saturday wedding with one night’s accommodation for ten people in The Dairy suite and four luxury rooms. Gold includes the shared venue, food and guest-care inclusions above.
Platinum: make a weekend of it
A three-day experience with two nights’ accommodation for ten, plus a third night in The Dairy for the wedding couple.
- Welcome dinner for ten on the first night ($30 per additional dinner guest)
- The Salon for wedding-day hair and make-up (available with Gold for $650)
- Champagne and a platter for the bridal party in The Salon

Seasonal package prices
Prices include GST and apply to weddings held before 30 June 2028. Additional guests are $150 per person, up to the venue capacity of 120. Bar staff and drinks are additional, as outlined below.

Accommodation
Your wedding package includes five rooms: The Dairy suite and four luxury guest rooms, accommodating ten people.
Two rooms in Pixie cottage are available as optional extra accommodation. The cottage is on the property, separate from the main accommodation, and is often chosen by parents who want their own space close to the wedding party. Ask us for current room rates.
Food
Our locally owned catering partner, Garnish, provides the wedding menu. The typical package offering includes your choice of three canapés served on the lawn after the ceremony, two shared main plates and three sides, a full leg of ham and bread rolls in the evening, popcorn, and tea and coffee after dinner. An event manager and wait staff are included.
Traditional plated or alternate-drop entrée and dinner options are also available. Discuss your preferred menu and any pricing implications with us.

Gelato bar
Choose your gelato flavours for a dessert or sweet snack served from The Homestead gelato cart. Waffle cones, cone sleeves, cups, spoons and napkins are included, with gluten-free and dairy-free options available on request.
The gelato bar is $650 for all-you-can-eat gelato for 80 people. Illustrative budgets for smaller celebrations allow $550 for 60 people and $350 for 40 people; ask us to confirm the price for your guest numbers.
Bar service and drinks
Wait staff are included in your wedding package. Bar staff and drinks are additional.
The Homestead is fully licensed. Drinks can be served from the Caravan Bar in the afternoon and Silo Bar in the evening, with service over the bar or at your tables. Still and sparkling water are complimentary and unlimited.
Bring your own alcohol and soft drinks with no corkage or surcharge, or ask about local supplier drinks packages ranging from $26–$38 per person. Supplier figures are indicative; confirm your selection and quote when booking. Bar staff are charged separately at $22 per adult guest.
Cocktails
Choose frozen, classic or premium cocktails, with packages starting from $11 per cocktail, including ingredients, glassware and accessories.
Flowers and styling
Explore the services below to personalise your celebration. Supplier prices are indicative; confirm your choices and current quotes when planning your wedding.
Our experienced florists will work with your preferred style and colour scheme, sourcing flowers directly from the Sydney market and using flowers grown on the property.
Floral packages start from $2,750 including GST and include bouquets, buttonholes and ceremony flowers on plinths or the arbour.
Arrangements are freshly prepared for your wedding, and the team can repurpose flowers from the ceremony to the reception where practical. When you choose our flowers, personalised function-room styling is available for an additional $5 per person for weddings with 50 or more guests, or $8 per person for micro weddings with fewer than 50 guests.'

We provide a number of inclusions in our standard reception set up. Should you wish to personalise your wedding reception further to reflect your individual style or wedding theme, we have additional decorative options available in-house.
Our Creative Styling Package includes your choice from our wide range of coloured linen napkins, placemats, gold cutlery, candlesticks, vases and outdoor styling items.
Our Lighting Packages include everything you could possibly need to create a magical ambience for your reception using candlelight, fairy lights and/or additional outdoor lighting.
When you choose The Homestead for your flowers, personalised function-room styling is available for $5 per person for weddings with 50 or more guests, or $8 per person for micro weddings with fewer than 50 guests, including candles, candle holders, special glassware, cutlery and coloured napery. Ask about pricing for additional lighting options.
Local artists can provide acoustic music for your ceremony and afternoon, a DJ for the evening and an MC.
Indicative supplier prices start from $1,500 for a DJ, through to $3,500 for a full day of acoustic music, DJ and MC. Ask for a current quote for your date and chosen services.
You can also stream your own playlist through the venue’s automated sound system, with indoor and outdoor speakers, at no additional cost. The covered dance floor is beside the Silo Bar and function area.
We can introduce you to photographers and videographers who regularly work at The Homestead.
Indicative supplier prices start from $2,400 for photography and $4,500 for photography and videography. These services are additional to your wedding package; confirm coverage, inclusions and a current quote with your chosen supplier.
We can recommend preferred celebrants. Allow around $1,400 as an indicative supplier budget, including registration and certification; confirm a current quote with your chosen celebrant.
For stationery, consider name cards, menus, a seating plan and a welcome sign. The pricing guide suggests an allowance of around $500 for couples designing and printing their own stationery. This is a budgeting example, not a supplied stationery package.

10% of the package price is due on booking, 40% two months before your wedding, and the remaining 50% one month before.
